We have identified the key needs of newcomers, including language proficiency, cultural integration, active participation in society and the ability to adapt to new situations. Our programmes are designed to address these specific needs in a holistic manner, through consultation and a participatory approach at the local level, involving refugees in the development and implementation of our initiatives. By focusing on these areas, we aim to create a supportive environment where newcomers can successfully integrate and make a meaningful contribution to their new community.
